Hi, I’m Steffanie! I am a 500+ hour experienced yoga instructor specializing in Yin Yoga, and I am passionate about creating a safe, inclusive, and accessible space where you can relax, reconnect, and trust your body’s innate wisdom. My approach is trauma-informed, and I integrate mindfulness, breathwork, and intuitive movement to help support healing and self-discovery.
In addition to my yoga training, I hold a Master’s degree in Psychology, which allows me to bring a holistic and compassionate perspective to my work. I have also been trained in Reiki energy healing since 2016, and I love incorporating this practice to enhance relaxation, release emotional blockages, and promote overall well-being. Active listening, clear communication, and providing options for all bodies are at the heart of my teaching philosophy.
I truly believe that by slowing down and tuning in, we can cultivate self-awareness, resilience, and a deeper sense of belonging. Whether you are new to yoga or have an established practice, I am here to guide and support you in finding balance and ease. I am honored to be part of Ataraxia Counseling and look forward to working with you on your journey toward healing and self-trust.

Offerings and Session Information
I offer a variety of practices tailored to meet your unique needs, whether you are seeking relaxation, emotional release, or a deeper connection to yourself. My sessions include:
Private Session Offerings:
Yin Yoga & Reiki (1 Hour) – A balanced blend of gentle, long-held Yin postures and Reiki energy healing to release tension, restore balance, and promote emotional well-being.
Yin Yoga & Live Sound Bath (1 Hour) – Experience the deep relaxation of Yin Yoga enhanced by the vibrational healing of a live sound bath, helping to regulate the nervous system and ease stress.
Private Reiki Session (1 Hour) – A stand-alone Reiki healing session to clear energetic blockages, encourage emotional release, and support deep relaxation.
Private Yin Yoga Session (1 Hour) – A guided Yin Yoga practice focused on mindfulness, flexibility, and somatic healing to calm the nervous system and promote inner peace.
Group Offering:
Ataraxia Restorative Circle (Wednesdays 6 PM - 8 PM) – A unique open group combining combining Yin Yoga, sound healing, and light Reiki work, followed by a guided processing session to explore emotions and insights that arise during the practice. This space is designed for deep rest, self-reflection, and community support.
